Cancel a subscription through Apple
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. (Or if you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services.) If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
Cancel a subscription through Google Play
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
- Check if you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Tap Menu. Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
If I delete the app or deactivate my account, will my subscription automatically be canceled?
No. These actions will not cancel your subscription. You need to cancel the subscription as mentioned above.
If I have problems with my subscription?
If you have issues with your subscription, please try the following:
- Log out
- Close the app from running completely
- Open the app and log in with your paid account
- The app will try to restore your purchase automatically, and you can try to restore the purchase manually as well

What is the Refund Policy?
The Investing Pro services are on a non-refundable basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time and it will not auto-renew after the current billing period. Paid service will remain active for the duration of the paid period.
